* Highland Park Elementary School - Austin, Texas - Steve Banks' classes created the "Trees of the World" project and have continued to solicit photos and data on trees from schools around the world. Take a look! 

* Washington Village School - Washington Village, Vermont - Students in this small town are involved with nine other schools in a forest mapping project, conducted by Food Works of Montpelier, Vermont. Washington Village's video contribution shows students collecting data in the forest during the winter. 

* Tartu Katoliku Kool - Tartu, Estonia - Once in the Soviet Union, Estonia has gained its independence. This is a small, Catholic primary school. Many of the same trees that are found in the U.S., grow far away in this country on the Baltic Sea. 

* Parkview Center School - Roseville, Minnesota - This school is in surburban St. Paul and has a forest project all its own! 

* St. Ann School (Archdiocese of St. Louis) - St. Louis, Missouri - The Missouri Botanical Garden works with schools in the Normandy area of St. Louis County through an NSF grant. The video segments made at the school show some of the activities they do.

* FORSite--The Forestry OutReach Site - This interactive site, developed by Virginia Tech and the Virginia Forestry Educational Foundation, provides large amounts of information and interactive exercises on trees and forests as well as information on the forestry profession.

* Explore the Fantastic Forest - Keep your eyes open for creatures and features as you hike through this interactive wood.

* A Walk In the Woods - This site takes you on a walk through a forest to see the plant and animal life there.

* Woodland Explorer - This site looks at tree parts and the organisms that live in and around trees.

* Ohio's Trees - This is a marvelous resource with detailed photos and information about many native trees.
